Payment Terms

  • $500* deposit due at sign up – refundable up to November 30, 2016. After November 30, 2016 the deposit is non-refundable
  • $1,000 second payment due December 1, 2016. $250 of this payment is non-refundable.
  • Balance of payment due 2 months prior to the trip (March 7, 2017)
  • All payments are non-refundable after March 7, 2017
  • All cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Participants are highly encouraged to take out travel insurance. For more information see Once your deposit becomes nonrefundable, you may want to take care of insurance as soon as possible, as deadlines will apply.
  • *All payments via credit card will include a 2.5% processing fee. This fee is waived on the $500 deposit. If you prefer to send a check, please mail it to:
