Flyboard in Israel

Israel: A Country Both Old and New …

Israel has more museums per capita than any other country in the world! But it’s not all about ancient ruins; recreation, extreme sports, and many other adrenaline pumping activities are available in this incredible country.

GoInspire is currently running a Bar Mitzvah party for visitors from Mexico. (Mazal Tov and Happy Birthday to Alexander!)

In this fun filled trip, the group visited key places, including the Kotel tunnels and Yad Vashem. They then went on to participate in many other exciting activities, including jet skiing, watching the Maccabia game, a special visit to the IDF where they trained with soldiers, and a party in the desert.  Let’s take a closer look at one truly exhilarating activity of their itinerary… FLYBOARDING on the Mediterranean sea, off the Herzliya beach!

The Flyboard® is a water sports apparatus which allows propulsion underwater and in the air, kind of like a wakeboard on steroids.  The Flyboard uses the jet discharge of a PWC (Personal Watercraft) to propel the device through the air and water. It is a one thousand gallons of water per minute lift of pure adrenaline-pumping, heart-pounding, eye-catching fun!

This wildly entertaining device was created by French jet ski champion Franky Zapata, and allows you to fly like a bird and swim like a dolphin. Since its debut it has taken the water sports world by storm.

The Flyboard is connected to the PWC by a fire hose that can propel the pilot over 35 feet above or below the surface of the water. The pilot of the Flyboard is in complete control of the navigation, and the Operator on the PWC is in control of the throttle.  The best part is that most any able-bodied person can do it.
